Ihi Free to Fly Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We have included the order processing time in the estimated shipping time at checkout to make it easier for you.

Shipping Rates and estimates of times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have listed shipping times under each product description. You may receive products in separate deliveries.

Most of our products are shipped from the United States. Shipping times are listed in the product descriptions. Please check here for best estimate of times. This is just a guide.

USA shipping is usually between 5 and 10 days
Canada is usually 8- 14 days International is usually 10 to 35 days

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Ihi Free to Fly is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which in most cases will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the amount of days specified in the product description, and after the time specified in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at benita@freetofly.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We prefer to ship to a physical address. Refunds, returns, and exchanges Please see our returns page. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We do no accept returns due to incorrect ordering of size or colour as our products are made to order. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at benita@freetofly.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Digital Knowledge Products.
Our digital learning products come with a 30 day trial period. If you are unhappy with your Digital Learning Product you have 30 days to request a refund. 

There is no shipping involved for these products and services. You will get access to your online digital products within 48 hours of purchase and will be emailed access and login details sent to the email provided in the purchase details.
